Look into Your Emotion

In a human life form, more than half of our times are dissatisfied. From the birth to the last breath journey, we inclines to a hollow completion. To reach out the desire, we constantly seek out our rapture from the outside world. For that, our minds create emotion to fulfill our desire.


On the origin blueprint of human beings, we've been programmed and designed to stimuli the sense through our body systems of sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch, and feel. On one hand, these stimulated senses generate external signals to develop the conception; On the other hand, they are also an enteral mental processing of the perception. In order to learn the life events, the physical sensory immerses into the psychological mind, and demands the emotion sensor in our daily basis.

Since the inevitable emotion integrates to our daily living, we have to look into its forceful consequence. It is called "Cause n' Effect". Our angry, happy, fear, love, worry, sad, and lust are the cause of our sensations. They effect the way how we interact with others, how we make a decision, how we plan a goal, and how we expect from our life. Like, when you are in a happy mode, you smile to a person who walks past you, and then that person smiles back to you. This is a simple give (cause) and receive (effect) event. Or, you miss an important conference in the morning, and that frustrates you in a whole day at work. Because of the frustration, you forgot to check your to-do-list for tomorrow before leaving the office. The next morning, you miss another conference from the to-do-list. The emotion causes the frustration and effects the missing conference event. These are just a small examples of how our emotions affect our daily life.


Knowing what's behind the emotional movement is a key to solve the karmic dilemma. For example, if your partner irritates you, look into your anger and to recognize what is behind your emotion toward irritation. Ask yourself a question, Why I feel this sense? Is it because the demanding? Or, is it a obsession with attention? Maybe, it's a plain dissatisfied? A good way to respond your emotion is "take a break". What I meant it's break from the circumstance. You can choose to grab a glass of water or go to the bathroom or do anything first before withdrawing your emotional light bolt. Sometimes, leaving the scene can divert the feeling toward a situation. By breaking away, you regain the power to look into your inner-self, and cut off the chain of the karmic event. Thus,

finding a break away moment, it plays a key to stop the cause n' effect consequence that originated from our emotions.


It's always easy to say than to review one's-self before reacting, right?! As a human being in this duality realm, the conscious mind is often observing and responding to the outside world prior to the inner-self. Yet, the Universe is vibrating with all matters at the same point mindlessly and senselessly.

Everything we sense are not what we sense; It is an Illusion.

Therefore, our emotion and sensation are not existence in the Universe. It's only a reflection of our conscious mind, like Mirage. However, "look into your emotion" is a resolution to our egotism. It reflects our inner-conscious, and help us to surrender the truth of "who we are". ~Blessing~
